Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours after purchase, before production begins.

I made a mistake on my photo—what should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to update your order.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk orders?

Ordering 50+ magnets? Email us at magnetmonkeyz@gmail.com with a description of your project and we will give you a quote within 1-2 business days.

Photo Magnets

What are your photo magnets made of?

Our magnets are made with high-quality glossy photo paper with a durable magnetic backing designed to stick securely to refrigerators and other metal surfaces.

Do the magnets fade over time?

Our magnets are printed using professional-grade inks designed to resist fading under normal indoor use.

Are the photo magnets waterproof?

No. Avoid soaking or prolonged exposure to moisture.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer multiple sizes, including square, portrait, and landscape formats. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Will my photo be cropped?

Yes, photos are cropped to fit the selected size and aspect ratio. We recommend uploading images with some extra space around the subject.

Can I choose how my photo is cropped?

Our upload tool allows you to preview and adjust cropping before checkout.

What if my image is too low quality?

If your image isn’t suitable for printing, we’ll contact you before production to discuss options.

What resolution should my photo be?

For best quality, we recommend at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Photos taken on modern smartphones usually work well.

How do I clean my magnet?

Wipe gently with a soft slightly damp cloth. Avoid soap and chemicals.

Shipping - United States

We cover all duties and tariffs, so you won't incur any additional fees.

We offer two shipping options:

Standard (5-8 business days)
Express (3-6 business days)

Shipping - Canada

We offer three shipping options:

Standard (no tracking: 4-11 business days)
Standard Tracked (3-6 business days)
Express Tracked (1-4 business days)

Please note that certain rural addresses may not be served by our shipping partners. We will contact you should there be an issue.

Do you accept returns?

Because each magnet is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case, we will provide a refund or send another set of magnets.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll happily replace it.
